What is a token?
A token is the unit Best Guests uses to meter paid work. Guest enrichment, content capture, and report building all use tokens as they resolve people, find and attribute posts, and turn that activity into event reporting.
What happens when the monthly allowance runs out?
New enrichment, content capture, and report building pause until the allowance resets or a token pack is added. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is deleted: every guest already resolved and every report already built stay exactly where they are, along with the whole guest network.
Can I buy tokens without changing plans?
Yes. Packs run from 1,000 to 25,000 tokens and are bought once, so a heavier month than usual does not have to become a bigger monthly commitment.
How does billing work for an agency running events for several clients?
Each client gets its own project, and reports stay scoped to the project they belong to. The plan sits at the account level, so one Team plan covers the whole roster rather than one plan per client.
